Dr. Brubaker specializes in psychotherapy and medication management for complicated patients. He enjoys helping people, offering psychotherapy and medication management across the range of ages and issues people face.
Dr. Brubaker works with adults, children, adolescents and families. His office is in Fremont above a marina, with views of Lake Union, Seattle and Mt Rainier.
Dr. Brubaker completed a combined MD/PhD program at the University of Cincinnati, Adult Psychiatry residency at the University of Washington, and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Oregon Health and Science University. He has completed advanced training in depth psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, CBT, and DBT.
Dr. Brubaker enjoys reading, hiking, and being in or on water. He is a consultant for UW psychiatry residents for psychotherapy and medication management.
